I would like to know if it is really authentic or not. I did a Google search and got some results from ebay which I looked at and found that there used to be a seller on ebay called Lovelyfifi who was based in China and used to sell jewellery......which rings a few alarm bells. Has anyone at M&S actually verified that it is authentic Tiffany's & Co jewellery, because if someone read that it was real on M&S and then found out it wasn't that might cause a few problems……..

The site doesn't seem to take a stance on whether they sell only authentic items or not. I would play it safe and contact their customer service if you're interested in making a purchase. The jewelry looks great though, especially since it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Hi Girls,

I've actually purchased some items from them and all the items were genuine Tiffany's. So I haven't had any problems with them so far.

I updated my post to reflect what they state on their site regarding where they buy their merchandise. Of course please use your best judgment when spending your money. They have a no refund policy, so be ware that you are purchasing for keeps. They will allow you to exchange though.

I’ve emailed them, asking to send a statement of authenticity, so once I receive that I will post it on the comment board.

The knock-offs are shipped from China. They're fakes. the experience cost me over $200. stay away.

Lovelyfifi do not sell fakes, ive just bought a necklace, it arrived. I went to Tiffany on the high street, and 3 of the staff in there all said it was real, that satisfies me!!!!

I bought a bracelet from Lovelyfifi for a gift , and it is definately a fake. I have the same bracelet which I bought from a Tiffany's store and it has many differences. Plus the bag and box that it was shipped with are bad replicas. The bracelet isn't horrible, but it wasn't worth the money.

I received two bracelets from lovelyfifi. They looked real but since I do not have any from Tiffany to compare it with, I have no way of knowing if it it is real or not. I do wished a representative from Tiffany & Co would comment to help consumer what to look for as far as authenticity of their product.

I was going interested in some of the earings they sell, but after reading these comments I think the general consensus is these are very good fakes. Up to you if you buy but still pricey for a fake, I know i'll be going to the Tiffanys web site for the real thing.

After hearing all the different comments I want to say for everybody to please please watch what you buy. I personally haven't had any problems with the stuff I bought, but looks like others have. I emailed the site a few times and so far no response. So please think twice before spending your money this Christmas.

Wish I'd found this site sooner. Purchased a '$250 tiffany' necklace for $140. It arrived yesterday and is so obviously a poor fake. The metal (can't even call it silver) would break in a strong wind. Found a website in China selling the exact same thing for $10. At least they are honest enough to call their jewelery fakes.

Tiffany makes it very clear that the only place to buy their merchandise is from their website or their store. If it is not sold by Tiffany directly, it is not their product.

i bought some jewelry from lovely fifi which came from hong kong which was not a good sign straight away. When i opened the packaging everyting looked cheap and im sure this jewelry is fake, i took it into a jewelers but they said if they took it in to assess it they could take it off me if it was a counterfeit. i reccomend not to buy off these people as they are taking money off honest people. they need to be reported.

You want the real thing, then go to the store or the website! Or buy your own silver or gold and have it engraved. I would'nt give LovelyFiFi ***! They should change their name to, PhoneyFleaFlea Fake ass Store.

I sent an email to the tiffany store and they had this to say "Tiffany & Co. merchandise is only available from Tiffany & Co. stores,

I purchased a Key Ring from Loveyfifi, not worth the money there are so many differences to the real thing. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH.

The product I received was shipped from China and the invoice states the item cost $4 obviously they are just in it for the money as they are charging us double.

Chole leave the posts up, it is good advice for people who are looking to buy from them.

My daughter turns 16 three days after christmas and since I can't afford to give her the sweet sixteen party she wanted she asked me for a bracelet from Tiffany's (still very pricey) I found LovelyFiFi by accident and was very excited about there prices. But I found it hard to believe that they could sell Tiffany's merchandise at half price. Thank God for this website. You guys saved me a lot of money. I got burned once before buying fake coach merchandise. I am glad I decided to do some research before making a purchase.

I sent Lovelyfifi an email asking how they can sell Tiffany's merchandise at half price. I guess I shouldn't expect an answer. Anyway I am going to bite the bullet and get my daughter a real Tiffany bracelet.

my partner purchased a return to tiffany necklace and matching bracelet from lovelyfifi yesterday and then we found this sight with all your comments, absolutely gutted but feel so stupid for believing these items could be so cheap. E Mailed the lovelyfifi who replied to me saying these were the same items sold in tiffany stores, told them i want cert of authenticity and if the items are not genuine after telling me they are i will take this matter further, i'm not letting someone take our cash that we have worked hard for. I have had no response to my second E Mail but they are going to get fed up of me because they have not heard the last from me! Just waiting for the items to be delivered and i will get back to you with the real verdict!Happy Christmas to me, bloody fake tiffany goods can't wait knew i should of ask for GHD hair straightners

just received a bracelet and it is a fake, i have the geniune necklace to compare with and it is nothing like it, it is very lightweight, i wish i had never clapped eyes on this website, what a fool i have been, only buy from tiffany and co website or stores.

As I promised I said I would right my comments once I had received the items, 100% tacky, cheap and FAKE! cannot believe we have paid nearly £140 for something which is only worth £8. I have E Mailed fakefifi but no reply but then silly to think I would. These items have come from Hong Kong and it even said on the invoice necklace $8 and Bracelet $7. Packaging very cheap and tacky, the only thing I am impressed with is they said it would be delivered within 5-6 days, received it after 5 but then I bet they cannot wait to get rid of all this cheap merchandise!

I recieved the heart tag bracelet today. it looked like the real tiffany but the packaging was off. i emailed lovelyfifi re authenticity and got a reply that - the jewelry is original as appears in the tiffany and co stores. i am not sure if they can state this if it is not true. i will bring it in to work tomorrow to compare to others. still nice to save $90.00 !

Recieved the necklace today its not real!, do not buy from Lovely Fi fi
its just one big rip off. I wish we had seen this website earlier having just bought my daughter a christmas present. I didnt expect the real thing but i did expect at least silver!!

I found this site lovelyfifi and was way to excited that I found tiffany stuff for half off. I purchased a necklace but when I got my confirmation I realized a few things words were misspelled. It sent up a red flag, I immediately cancelled my credit card. They were unable to receive their payment but according to post office the package has been sent. Did this happened to anyone else? Did you send it back? Has anyone filed a fraud claim against this website?

hmm... personally I hv no idea of lovelyfifi, but it smells like there are other compepitors posting negative comments on it for certain purposes... lol

I can see lovelyfifi has over 6473819 requests since Thursday 18 November, 2004 , well... 2 years in operation. that says something.

I can't tell, even the staffs in tiffanys store NYC can't tell the tag bracelet I got from lovelyfifi is a real or not. So far I am happy with my purchase, at least I saved half of the price and got the thing just as in store. who cares!

I don't believe it just worth $8 as pervious post, I have took it to local jeweller and he confirmed it's in sterling, u can't buy 45g sterling for $8. perhaps the $8 is for Custom tax purpose just like what lovelyfifi said?

I did try something on ebay but it's in reallly loooow quality. totally different from the one from lovelyfifi/tiffany store NYC.

I just recieved 2 items from good old fake fifi's!!! I regularly buy my girlfriend Tiffanys products from U.S stores when I'm there. I can tell you for a fact that Fifi's aren't real. I wasted over £150. If I ever get my hands on Fifi she will be getting a slap! I should of realised from the pictures robbed from the Tiffanys web site but i'd had a little to much to drink at the time of purchase. Fifi also offer no returns policy which i didn't realise until they had been delivered from Hong Kong!

I brought a necklace from lovelyfifi for my girlfriend but I wouldn't dare give it to her as it is clearly a fake.

I compared the necklace from lovelyfifi to a genuine tiffany bracelet, and the necklace didn't have any engraving etched on back of heart pendant. Also the silver chain doesn't look right and the packaging was very cheap and nothing like the real thing.

Has anyone managed to get a refund from them yet?
