Kourtney Kardashian announced that her unplanned pregnancy has her wondering if she'll keep her baby. Shortly after her new reality sitcom launched, Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami, Kardashian discovered she was pregnant by her ex-boyfriend of two years.

"I definitely thought about it long and hard, about if I wanted to keep the baby or not, and I wasn't thinking about adoption," Kardashian told PEOPLE.

Kardashian explored the options of abortion, calling her doctor to discuss the risks. Scott Disick - the baby's father- said he wanted to keep the baby but would support Kourtney's decision either way.

After mulling over advice from friends, family and her doctor, Kourtney is deciding to continue the pregnancy.

"My doctor told me there is nothing you will ever regret about having the baby, but he was like, 'You may regret not having the baby.' And I was like: That is so true. And it just hit me. I got so excited, and when I told Scott he was so excited. But I think if I had said I'm not going to keep it, I really think he would have pushed me into keeping it."
