Good job, but she's got it easy compared to most women. Having all that moolah and the ability to take off a few months at a time to work out and recover make getting back into shape an awful lot easier than it looks.

I just gave birth to a little 10lb girl, and Im 20 years old, and never weighed more than 120lbs in my life... after gaining 60 lbs, its very hard to look at Jessica and these other moms from hollywood that shed the weight like its nothing. Quinn was born last month on the 27th, and Ive already lost 30 lbs, but I still dont look nearly as good as Jess, and I will never get my body back the way it was, I sag and droop now... so those photos make me very depressed...
Who can live up to that without their money?

Getting back into shape that fast is usually directly related to how fit mommy is to begin with.  Jessica dedicated time to being fit before and during her pregnancy.  I had a similar situation with my pregnancy and was at my pre-pregnancy weight (not fitness level) in three weeks.  But I was very active and I don't have a lot of money.  I did a lot of free activities like hiking, running and less expensive activities like aquasize at the community pool.  A healthy body recovers so quickly - so I recommend any mom-to-be to make that connection and get fit (even before you get pregnant).  

Yes exercise plays a big part in the post-baby body but it can also be in the Gene pool and if I had the money that these hollywood stars have I would look just as good too!!!!!!!  

You don't have to be rich to get your body back, i've been exercising for years even when pregnant and i had my third baby 7 months ago and my body back since like 4 months ago, i don't have a lot of time to go to the gym lately and i have a full time job as a doctor, so i bought all kind of DVD ( billy blanks, 10 min  solution, pilates, etc) and every night i do one, plus discipline in eating, sundays i usually cook for 3- 4 days, i'm fit, got my  six- pack abs inmediately, feel happy and don't justify myself thinking that celebrities have money and time to recover, i just take action and go for what i want!! if i can do it, everybody can!!!!

Take it with a grain of salt!  It is their (ie celebrities) job to look good.  I have been swimming in an indoor pool three times a week for an hour, and then doing a yoga class on the weekend.  All this is made possible by my husband that comes home predictably at 5:30 each night.  I have lost a considerable amount of weight with this routine.

I was 220 when I got pregnant and 231 when I gave birth to my daughter almost a year ago. I now weigh 160 due to breastfeeding and low carbs combined with blood type diet. Sorry, no exercise needed (yet). Could be genes, the happiness factor (satisfied with a simple life), but it is definitely not due to $$$. I even look younger than my 17-year-old. i have had two pregancys the first i gained 50 pounds. it took me a year to lose the weight. the second i gained 25 pounds and it took me 3 weks to look like i di before i got pregnate.  and the weit=rd thing is that  i ate the same. i guess everyones body is differnt.

I have lost all my baby weight after about 3 weeks after i gave birth to my baby girl simply because i was very tired and hardly had time to sleep and to eat. Breastfeeding helped so much, your body nedslos of energy to supply your baby with milk so i actually had to eat more then i wanted and still lost weight. but the main key is not to put too much weight on while you are pregnant, should not be more then 15 kg

Good for all you women who believe you can get back into shape and don't have to spend a lot of money doing it.  I'm a personal trainer who has two young children and I can't stand when people use money as an excuse for not being healthy.  If something is important enough to you, you'll make it work.  It might not be easy, but you can make it work.  Good job all you fit, healthy, moms!

I'm a mother of a gorgeous 8 month old girl and i am disgusted that women are being made to feel disappointed with their body because some celeb is looking fab 'hours' after having a baby.  Its time women started to stand up tall and be grateful that their body has allowed them to have a baby and that they are able to enjoy precious time with them.  I am breastfeeding and haven't been able to excercise.  I was a petit size 8 prior to my pregnancy and went up a size 14.  I am nearly down to my pre pregnancy weight and still don't fit into my pre pregnancy clothes.  I am happy that i can have children and have a droppy saggy body.  All these celebs are being made to lose weight, work out and look fab to keep the jobs and money coming in - lets start feeling sorry for them that they are missing out on the best days of their childrens lives.

Well,like one of the ladies said everyone has got different bodies and if you are interested in getting back into shape as quickly as you lost it then do it.I have about a month old baby and i am thinking of doing some exercise once my baby is about 2-3 months.I think it is a great thing to go back to looking young, feeling healthy and fit again especially if your husband wants it so.
