In her exclusive interview with OK! magazine, Jessica Alba talks about everything from preparing for the birth of Honor Marie to eating "a lot of soul food." 

Jessica and husband Cash Warren welcomed Honor Marie on June 7. She tells OK! the birth was really Zen and the labor was more like meditation. She did yoga breathing and was very focused. Cash "could only marvel at his wife's quiet strength when she gave birth." He went on to say, "She didn't make a sound, it was amazing." 

Cash and Jessica also talk about who Honor looks like more. "I want her to look like me, because a daughter looking like Jessica, I'd kill myself!"
