Meet the latest celebrity newborn to grace the weekly gossip-mag cover. It's Bridget Moynahan, 36, with 5-week-old John Edward Thomas Moynahan. The pair appear on the cover of OK! magazine, on stands Friday, with several more photos featured inside the issue.

Moynahan split last December from her NFL beau and baby-daddy Tom Brady, 30, but he was on hand when the actress gave birth in California Aug. 22 and spent a few days with mother and son. Brady is now dating Brazilian model (and Leonardo DiCaprio ex) Gisele Bundchen, 27.

Moynahan declined to be interviewed, but OK! reports that she is facing single motherhood with an optimistic outlook. Even though she has a development deal with ABC, the actress plans to put her career on hold.
