Curvy beauty Ashley Harder, 20, became the third lovely in Trump's pageant stable to run afoul of strict rules designed to keep the beauty contest a wholesome affair.
"I wish her well," Trump said in a terse statement issued through a spokeswoman.
The latest blow comes just weeks after last year's Miss USA winner, Tara Conner, tearfully agreed to enter rehab to curb her hard-partying ways.
Days later, Miss Nevada USA, Katie Rees, was bounced after X-rated snapshots of her hit the Internet.
Harder, a host on a Philadelphia television station, told reporters she is pregnant and will pull out of the March 23 pageant in Los Angeles.
Even though she is quitting, Harder insisted she didn't do anything wrong and plans to give birth in August.
"This isn't another scandal," Harder told the Philadelphia Daily News. "This is a baby. This is a life."
Harder says the proud papa-to-be is her live-in boyfriend, Gregg D'Antonio, 28, and they plan to wed at some point.
Harder's mom said the ex-queen was too tired to talk extensively about her pageant pullout.
"It's been a very long day for her," Donna Harder said last night outside her home in suburban Marlton, N.J. "She's good."
A model who has already scored bridal magazine covers, Ashley Harder had said she was looking forward to the pageant.
But she suggested she has no regrets about giving up a chance at the tiara to start a family.
Being a mom "is a title I have always wanted and will always cherish," she told the paper.
Harder's runnerup, Erin Abrahamson, 23, of Essex Fells, will replace her in the pageant. The state's new queen said Miss USA officials called her Friday to let her know she would be taking over for Harder.
"Whatever made her resign, I wish her lots of luck and hope she's okay," Abrahamson said.
