The list is out!  Richard Blackwell (Mr. Blackwell) is a seasoned stylist and is best known for producing his list of worst-dressed women every year.  Mr. Blackwell has been producing his list for 47 years now so he has a lot of experience in nitpicking and being snarky!

So who made the list for 2006?

At the top of the list it's the new BFFs, Paris Hilton and Britney Spears. I know, surprise, surprise. 

Next on his list are Lindsay Lohan, Camilla Parker-Bowles, Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey, Paula Abdul, Sharon Stone, Tori Spelling, Sandra Oh and Meryl Streep.

On the flip side, Mr. Blackwell does give gold stars to fashion stars such as Kate Winslet, Angelina Jolie, Beyonce, Katie Holmes, Helen Mirren, Barbara Streisand, Nancy Pelosi, Princess Charlotte of Monaco, Heidi Klum and Marcia Cross.
