If I were not happily married, I'd entertain the idea of having George Clooney on my arm. I mean he really is the perfect fashion accessory to whatever outfit you have.

Clooney, 45 and single (!) has been named People Magazine's Sexiest Man of 2006. And I wholeheartedly agree.  Be sure to check out the magazine to see all the sexy men of the year...and prepare to drool.
