Patrick Dempsey and his wife, Jillian, are expecting twin boys, according to People magazine. The Grey's Anatomy star and his wife already have one child, a 4-year-old daughter named Talulah Fyfe.

Dempsey, 40, met his future wife in 1994 when he came into her salon for a haircut. They wed in 1999 at the actor's family's farmhouse in Maine.

Jillian now has her own high-end cosmetics line. Dempsey was a teen star who made a comeback as Reese Witherspoon's fiancé in the 2002 movie Sweet Home Alabama and as the heartthrob known as "Dr. McDreamy" on the hit ABC medical drama.

Of his fame, Dempsey said 2002, "I really love it now, but I also have a life outside it with Jill and Talula. I am really thankful that it is all going well."
