Little Sean Preston is officially a big brother!  People has confirmed that Britney gave birth to a baby boy around 2 a.m. via a scheduled C-section.  He came in at 6 pounds, 11 ounces. No word on a name yet but all reports on the new mom and baby are healthy and happy.  This is a doubly happy week for the Federlines as Sean Preston's birthday is this Thursday (he turns one!).
